Thai Food

Thai food is the result  of combining harmoniously mainly five fundamental flavours, hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty and optionally bitter. The essence behind each Thai dish provides a pleasure to our senses.

Four main regions in Thailand contribute to the Thai cuisine : Northern, North-eastern, Central and Southern, and each region emphasizes the flavour with distinctive ingredients as coconut milk, turmeric, lime juice, and all of them uses Thai chillies. The result is a fantastic flavour with strength and personality.
